A lightly sparkling sloe and elderflower drink. Flavours from edibles abundant in British hedgerows, with most pastured landscapes laden with hawthorn and elder trees as corridors between fields. Soft notes of elderflower give way to tart flavours of sloe berry, paired with delicate bubbles for the perfect finish. A uniquely flavoured drink as these two harvests are available in different seasons.
